I was reading WIRED.com the other day… wait, what? WIRED.com? Really? Go on – I know you raised your eyebrow. I wandered over there innocently via a Facebook page I was stalking. (Don’t judge me. You know you go stalking too.) Anyway, I found myself reading an article about emerging sexual identity nomenclature. Go figure! I learned about aromantic asexuals, panromantic gray-asexuals, demisexuals, metrosexuals and others. You never know when someone in your family might pull one of the newer terms out on you and I want to look nonplussed when it happens. Because, hey, I’m cool; I keep up on things. If you are curious about what any of those are, go to WIRED.com and search one of those terms; you’ll find it.
Better than the article though, was the comment posted by “Vanessa McCollum” – which is in this picture. Totally cracked me and summed up exactly what I was thinking! I can’t say it better than she did.
